Mr. Dey was born in India and is married to Binapani Dey, a Hindu originally from Bangladesh. His academic and professional journey began in Europe, with early career engagements in Malta and across the European Union.
He served as IT Manager with MIDI on the landmark Tigné Point Project in Malta—one of the country’s most innovative and visionary real estate developments, blending heritage architecture with modern urban living.
